All fitness consulting is performed on an individual team basis.
Planning is very intensive. Each program is designed to meet the
needs of the individual team and players according to the below
components.
FITNESS TRAINING METHODOLOGY
All fitness training is conducted on an individual team basis, and
all individual player or small group fitness training, and training
sessions are tailored to maximally prepare and develop the players
fitness and athleticism, according to the below components.
Age: In youth players, both chronological and biological age are
key factors in developing a training program. In collegiate and
professional players training age, defined as years training, is a
key factor in the development of the fitness training program
Level of play, athleticism, and fitness: The design of any fitness
training program specific to soccer is impacted by players level of
play, athleticism, and fitness. Appropriate testing of fitness,
athletic, and functional components helps in the design of a
suitable training program.
Gender: Male and Female athletes have specific training needs.
Fitness training with CFT&C is designed to meet the precise needs of
the players.
Team Training Calendar: We work very closely with the coach and
players to maximize the training experience and time no matter how
short or long the season.
Facilities: CFT&C will show you how to maximize fitness training
in state of the art functional fitness settings, to fitness training
